Ann Arbor Guesthouses offers 6 unique short term rentals in and around downtown Ann Arbor. We are stand alone, fully furnished duplexes and/or apartments that support people who are looking for short stays, from a weekend to 90 days (off season). Our guests include parents of U of M students, visiting professors, family of patients at U of M Hospital, professionals, U of M alumni, and vacationers, to name a few. We have many repeat guests who call our guesthouses home away from home. We hope you come to see why! We offer a turnkey approach to ‘vacation rentals’ and provide everything you need to live comfortably away from home. Located across the street from the Big House, you have everything at your finger tips to enjoy a wonderful weekend with family and friends. A short walk to downtown for dinner or take your car! This Guest House, with parking for one, is convenient to all. We are located 1/2 mile south of downtown Ann Arbor and directly across the street from the Big House (U of M Stadium) on South Main Street.

This 2BR apartment is located directly across the street from the Big House (U of M Football Stadium) and is directly below another Ann Arbor Guesthouse (formerly Bellanina Guesthouse) so that we can have large groups together for a joint vacation. It has been newly renovated and decorated (Summer 2015) with all new bathrooms, carpet/flooring, all new kitchen, granite counter tops with bar and patio to the outdoors. Modern and clean, crisp white sheets and lots of towels and with team spirit!

Additional guest fee: $25 over 4 guests
Rates are subject to change until this reservation is confirmed. We refund your deposit up to 30 days prior to your stay less a 5% cancellation fee for stays less than 30 days and up to 60 days prior for stays over one month. This Guest House can be expanded to include the apartment above to double your group size. Please inquire! All holidays, U of M events i.e. ball games, graduation, and art fair incur additional fees due to supply and demand. For up to 2 additional people, for events or standard reservations, rates are $25 pp per night.
