This one bed room apartment  for max 4 persons is situated on the raised floor of condominium Schuss 1 (next to apartment A).

It has a living room with double sofa bed, a bed room with bunks, a seperate kitchen, a renovated bathroom with bidet and shower, a balcony with marvellous view on the Matterhorn and a skilocker.

kitchen equipment: 4 vitroceramic hot plates, microwave oven, fridge, american coffee machine, electric water boiler, toaster, iron and iron board.

living room: television and DVD player

Bathroom: completely renovated it has shower, bidet and washing machine.

Balcony: 2 deck chairs. You are allowed to put the deck chairs on a common grass field on the back of the condominium.

From this back door in winter it is possible to ski in and out.

The heating and the hot water are centralized and included in the price.
