Fantastic home great for family entertaining, a couple wanting to get away or a business trip! This home has a master bedroom with a separate bath suite and large closet. 2 other bedrooms with their own bath on the OTHER side of the house! Eat in the kitchen or out on the lanai and watch the birds and wildlife in the waterway in the backyard! The home also has a pool table and poker table for a little evening fun. The Living Room, master bedroom and both guest rooms have flat screen TV's with cable. The 3rd bedroom has a smart TV and with free WiFi you can watch Netflix ,Hulu, play games etc. There are board games and a playstation for the evenings because during the day you will be out doing all the fun things to do in the area!
Both the BBQ grill and the kitchen are ready to make great meals - or go out to one of the many restaurants nearby. Be sure to check out the Nauti Parrot! Laundry is in the garage, along with beach and fishing equipment for your use. 2 garage spaces for your convenience.
There are over 12 beaches nearby, including Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Cape Coral and Naples. From the beaches, nature sanctuaries and Zoo to the shopping and dining fun there is something for everyone!
We are pet friendly (with deposit). We rent with 3 day min., week +, month + and are willing to rent for up to 3 months at a time. We hope you love the house as much as we do. It has a special place in our hearts.

If you are not honest about the number and size of animals I will keep your deposit.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date (does not include deposit).

Had so much fun with my family. Let my teenage daughters take 1 friend each. Lot's of room amd a great price. We went to 4 differnet beaches all within a short 15-30 minute drive. The decor was a little older but for the size of this place I could deal with that. Two living room areas and two dining areas plus 3 nice size bedrooms. My kids loved the pool table in the back patio encloser area. Will be making this a yearly trip for sure.

We had a great stay at Gray Court in Florida. It was centrally located close to shopping ,restaurants and a community pool that was never busy.The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities one could ask for.BBQ.Fishing rods.. Sheets.Toaster and all appliances etc. The house was older and could use some upgrades but I believe the owner is working on these. It was perfect for our vacation.Will probably rent again next year. My friend and I enjoyed our time ...The home was as advertised.. Clean and spacious, quiet surroundings,, close to everything,,,great doggie area.. which my Riley loved.. Property Mgrs.. were very nice and helpful.. The house does not have any Fire and smoke detectors,, which I think would be a good idea.. All in all a good time was had and I do highly recommend the property ...

This home has a large amount of living space. We watched the wild life on the water way adjacent to the back yard. Everything you need in a home is supplied and the managers are close by, attentive and willing to answer any questions. The area is quiet yet minutes from waterfront activities, restaurants, and shopping.
