This top (3rd) floor 1 bedroom condo had a recent total remodel and is appointed with first class accessories throughout. Sitting behind the gates of the Resort, the Balboa building has its own pool with barbeque facilities. Our building is not part of the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa® so our guests do not have access to the golf, tennis, resort pools, or fitness club but do have access to the Chopra Center, restaurants, bars, spa, and boutiques of the beautifully landscaped resort. Groceries and more dining options are a short walk. You can cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen (which includes a range with full-size oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, microwave plus small appliances), or barbeque poolside while enjoying the climate that is world renown. Features 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV.
Numerous world class beaches are located in Carlsbad and Encinitas. Enjoy a beach picnic with use of our beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and basket.
This is the perfect vacation location with Legoland only a 10 minute drive. Seaworld, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town, and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park all a 25 minute drive. Torrey Pines, La Jolla, the Gaslamp District, and Coronado are all easily accessible. Secure underground garage makes parking easy.
For shoppers, the Carlsbad Outlets are only minutes away, as well as The Forum Carlsbad. And for more unique entertainment The Cinepolis Luxury Theaters are just up the street.
