The 4D Longhorn Guest Ranch

The 4D Longhorn Guest Ranch is a dude ranch, or working ranch, located in the scenic mountains of Idaho. Here you can experience authentic cowboy life with all the comforts of home. The 4D Longhorn Guest Ranch caters to all skill levels of horsemanship from novice to experienced riders. We also cater to groups for corporate retreats, weddings and family reunions. Enjoy the clean, crisp mountain air, while at the same time learning the cowboy way of life.

The Longhorn Guest Ranch also offers excellent ranch-style home cooked meals. Eat in a ranch style setting like one huge family. In addition to home-cooked meals, we will also be offering a lot of outdoor and Dutch Oven cooking. It doesn't get more authentic then this.

The 4D Longhorn Guest Ranch is owned and operated by Brad and Brenda Ford. Brad and Brenda have been in the horse and cattle business for about 15 years. Brad grew up working with horses, and started breaking horses at the age of nine to earn extra money during the summer. They met in high school and have since continued in the horse and cattle business, making a living trading, competing, and training horses. They currently own the 4D Arena  in Nampa where they host cattle and horse events such as team roping, team penning, riding lesson, horse shows, and several other types of equine events year round. In 1998 they purchased their dream ranch nestled in High Valley. It took three years to build the current facility from the ground up. During the construction phase of the 4D Longhorn Guest Ranch, they tried to keep a very old-west type atmosphere, while at the time making sure that there was no corner cutting in comfort. The Ford's love to entertain and share with others the wonderful and spectacular western experience they have come to know. They would be honored to have you as guests at the 4D Longhorn Guest Ranch.
