This house is located in Safety Harbor, Florida which is a suburb of Clearwater This house has just undergone a complete, total renovation that cost over 75,000 dollars!! Everything I did in this house is first class. The upgrades include top of the line granite and appliances. House comes with a 60" UHD 4K TV, Wine Cooler, All New Laminate Flooring, etc etc. The kitchen has all new custom made cabinets. There is $5,000 dollars in LED recessed ceiling lighting. This house is about 1/4 mile from Tampa Bay. It is about 15 minutes from Caladesi State Park and Honeymoon Island, which was rated the #1 beach in the United States a few years ago. You can literally for a mile without even seeing another person. Clearwater Beach is about 20 minutes away. This area is known for its waterfront bars, and lots of things to do both day and night.
