Welcome in our 'CARPE DIEM ' villa.
The villa is situated in one of Orlando’s most prestigious locations.The Orange Tree community offers two children's playgrounds, tennis court and a soccer field.
Our home is deep cleaned, newly furnished and sleeps 8.
* fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large cooker, microwave, a fridge/freeze, a large selection of crockery and cutler, dishwasher, a coffee machine and a breakfast nook. There is an additional plastic glassware that may be used safely around the pool.

*A family room with a large flat screen TV and DVD player . It has a door opening onto the lanai and the pool.
* The Master bedroom with new flat sreen TV & en suite bathroom with huge walk in shower, Huge bad, double washbasins and W.C. There is patio door leading directly to the pool.
* The green bedroom has a queen bed & en suite bathroom
* The black bedroom has a queen bed
* The twin bedroom Disney&Co
* These 2 bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom.
* Heated pool & hot tub included in the price (included from the 15th October until 31st May, as it's warm enough normaly not in use from 1st June until 14th Oct. If you want the pool/spa heat during these months, contact us for pricing) . The pool is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and any bugs out. And for swimming in the evening, both pool and spa can be illuminatedwith colors leds. For more security when you come with young kids, we provide a pool fence that can be removed if you don't need it.
Kids are welcome in our villa and we provide a stroller, a highchair and a baby bed.
* The lanai includes a dining table, chairs and lounges. It’s a great way to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or tea or a relaxing meal poolside.
* The garage has been converted into a fully equipped game room with a washer and a dryer. Rackets and balls have been supplied for your use, also golf clubs are provided (golf not far from the community)
* Free local and continental US phone calls. Free WiFi. Free Cable. All linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.
No bad surprise, all taxes and the pool/spa heat are included in the price. Cleaning fee is $85/stay.
Ideal location in a quiet residential area and very close to Disney parks, and a short drive from Universal Studio, Seaworld etc .... Golf, shopping in the Premium Outlets, Food Stores, Restaurants also close to the house. Centrally located for your beach trips, Tampa (Bush Gardens), Daytona, Cape Canaveral, Miami, Everglades, etc.

Please read our rental agreement and cancellation policy you will receive with quote. Smoking is not allowed in the villa and in the pool area. Sorry, pets are not allowed. check-in time after 4:00pm check-out time at latesT 10:00am Min 21years old to make a booking. After booking and payment of the deposit, you have to fill in the forms "booking form and guests registration" and send it back by email. The booking will be defenitely confirmed when we have received the forms |
