This elegant 3 bedroom unit offers 2400 square feet plus another 350 on the balcony with built in Jenn Air grill. The Living, Dining, Master Bedroom, & Second Bedroom all have access to the large deck with beach front & ocean front views. Pets at Ocean Vistas:
This is our only "Pet Friendly" building. However, for the safety of all our furry friends please have an updated copy of your pet's vet records showing all-immunizations and shots are current. The concierge will require a copy to receive your parking pass. No more than 2 pets are permitted in any 1 unit. Please note size limitations & NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS are permitted.

My family and I stayed at Ocean Vistas, unit 405 for our spring break. This was our third time staying at this condominium however, the first time booking with Florida Rentals(Dennis and Carman). It was by far our best experience! The unit was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and I felt assured that my older kids were safe playing pool in the club house(every night) and playing in the common grounds. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!
