Family Friendly Great Swimming Fishing Hot Tub Room

we have the best views on shoals creek and over 3000 sq ft of deck around the house on two levels with a covered deck on lower level .the lower deck also has a covered cedar hot tub room over 400 sq ,and a custom wrap around cedar bar.we have a very large cal spa with leds lights and all the bells and whistles .The house has over 3500 sq ft and just had a $100,000 update!There are 2 bedrooms up stairs with king beds and the master bedroom has double doors to the deck and a great view.

The den dinning room and kitchen have 17 foot ceilings with big open space.

There is a one of a kind indoor BBQ grill so rain or shine you can grill.We have a new gas grill on top deck and a large smoker grill on lower area.This is my personal home I just don't have the time to stay there ,so we put on vrbo to rent. The boat dock is 2 levels. With a 12 ft high dive on top and 2 boat slips with lifts and swim dock with latter.We have 4.5 acres ,so you have plenty of privacy, whether you are having a wedding or just want to kick back and enjoy the views you will love your stay.
