Welcome to our Florida holiday home
Our beautiful 4 bedroomed Florida home is situated on the prestigious gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake in Orlando, Florida.
We have a games room with a pool table, football table and dart board.
We have a large flat screen Cable TV in the lounge together with free WiFi access, exclusively for our visitors use.
Our villa is licensed and registered in the State of Florida and conforms to all the legal and safety requirements including smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, patio door alarms (to ensure your children cannot enter the pool area without supervision) and a pool safety screen.
It has been designed with families in mind.
It is a lovely place to relax for the younger and older generation.
We use a local Management Company who ensure the villa is kept in an immaculate condition, ready for your arrival.
Cleaning and maintenance of our home is a high priority and our Management Company ensures this is completed to a very high standard.
They are on call 24 hours a day in case you have any problems.
Our home is occupied on a privileged south-west facing, private plot which benefits from no other villas at the back.
Watching the sunset from our lanai is a beautiful sight.
We have a BBQ out on the lanai for our visitors use – a lovely addition for those of you who like to eat ‘al fresco’!
Our pool and spa has underwater lighting and we have patio lighting for your relaxation during the summer evenings.
We also have a removable child safety fence around the pool.
Our lanai is fully enclosed, keeping insects at bay.
The pool is chlorinated and serviced weekly.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is only a short drive from Orlando’s main attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and Legoland and is close to many golf courses.
We are only minutes from local supermarkets, including Walmart, Walgreens and Publix.
There is also a retail complex at Posner Park about 10 minutes from our villa, which has amongst other retail outlets, JC Penny and TJ Max.
Posner Park also hosts the new IMAX cinema, and some good restaurants.
We have quite a few restaurants within an easy drive from the villa including the very famous Mannys Original Steakhouse and Chillis, and there are also plenty of takeaways which can be delivered to the villa if you don’t feel like cooking.

Area Information : We are ideally situated on the US27 within easy reach of all major attractions, including Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Lego-land, Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens . There are a number of golf courses nearby, including the Southern Dunes Championship Golf Course which is adjacent to the community, and Champions Gate Golf Course, which is only a 10 minute drive away. The new Legoland is just 15 minutes away! How to reach : The best way to get around is to hire a car. Uber is now also available if you would prefer to get a taxi.
Transport system : Airport: Orlando International Airport: 15.5 mi Directions from Orlando International Airport: From Orlando International Airport take the 528 Beeline Express Way towards Sea World / Orlando, Then join the I-4 heading West towards Tampa … Pass all the Disney exits. Take Exit 55 (Hwy 27), go South on Hwy 27 for about 6 mile towards Haines City . Turn Left onto Bates Rd (Lowes on corner). Go about 200 yards and take the 2nd right into Calabay Park at Tower Lake then immediately left, follow road for 50 yards and the house is on the right. Directions from Orlando Sanford Airport: From Sanford Airport exit onto Lake Mary Blvd, drive 8.2 miles to the I-4 interchange, join the I-4 heading West towards Tampa ... Pass all the Disney exits. Take Exit 55 (Hwy 27), go South on Hwy 27 for about 6 mile towards Haines City . Turn Left onto Bates Rd (Lowes on corner).
