Apartment El Arco in the historical centre of Jerez de la Frontera, Andalucia, Spain. The perfect location:  The house is situated in a tranquil street in the historic city centre of Jerez de la Frontera.  The Apartment is on the ground floor of a historic townhouse in one of the oldest part in the city. Traditional house with a covered patio, garden and sun terrace for community use. Central but quiet location. The garden: Relax yourself in our green oasis in middle of the pulsing city life of the historic towncentre. Powerful, ivy tendrilled walls, limit the ingrown garden with old roses, fruit trees and herbs. The sun terrace: Enjoy the tranquility with a glas of Sherry and a good book or just enjoy a sun bath whether in the garden or at our sun terrace.

Your apartment can be reached via the beautifully landscaped central patio of our house. The breakdown: Large bedroom bed (1.40 x 2m), complete bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet, wc, living room with dining table for 4 people, kitchen, sofa bed (1,40 m x 2m) and wood burning stove. The apartment is recently renovated. We preserved all the original building features and materials, such as doors, stucco, etc. You still can see these beautiful hand made old tile floors, tipical for this kind of buildings. WIFI for free. As we live in the same building, we are on hand for any help or information you may need. The perfect accommodation for those looking for something special!

Policies

Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit payable by bank transfer is required to secure booking. The balance and a refundable breakage/damage deposit of 200 Euro is payable in cash on key hand-over.

The world famous breed of Anadlusian Horses of Jerez reached its climax in in the 15th Century. On Saturdays, the stud farm, can be visited.
