The 2 bedrooms vacation villa consists of a large comfortably furnished living area with five double doors opening onto a 14-foot surrounding deck. There is a modern well-equipped kitchen with high end appliances, and an abundance of custom designed cabinetry. Beyond a small study alcove which has internet connection is the master bedroom with its own deck and a “bull's-eye view” of Sandy Cay. The spacious bath is well appointed and features an oversize double shower.

The extensive gardens surrounding the villa offer a number of dramatic overlooks (but be aware some are dangerous for unsupervised children).


In the garden, just a few steps below an outdoor dining area, there is a second bedroom with en suite bath, a large private sun terrace and a 6 x 12 foot covered balcony — all facing the sea and a magnificent coral garden. This unit, with two full beds, has its own small refrigerator so that early risers may enjoy a light breakfast and watch the sunrise from their own balcony without disturbing guests upstairs — or late risers may rest peacefully.
