In addition we ask 200€ as security deposit which is refundable, so we'll give you it back at the end of your holiday. Both, the price for the final cleaning and the security deposit must to be paid by cash. Concerning to the cancellation policy, we give you back the 50% in advance if you cancel the booking until 2 months before. The 25% if you cancel it until 1 months before.
