A nice apartment, located in Colonno, directly to the Lake of Como, in a quiet and sunny position.The highlight is the presence of a small beach just below it.Nice apartment located in the center of the picturesque village of Colonno. Located on the shores of the Lake Como, the apartment from its balcony enjoying a stunning view and quiet. The peculiarity is that there is, just below it, the beach with stones; swimming in the lake in summer is a must! The apartment consists of living room with TV, dining table and 2 sofas, from which you can admire, from both windows, the Lake Como. From the living room you have direct access to the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. The main bedroom has 2 windows that overlooking on the Lake Como. The apartment has another bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is also well organized and has a washing machine. The beach, which is located just below the apartment is the ideal place to spend the hot days that marked the area of Lake Como. The parking lot is located just a few steps away from the apartment. At your disposal there are 4 sunbed and 2 bikes. The access is pedestrian across a caractheristic path located near the Lake. It is jus a few steps from the Lake. Colonno is very famous especially because it is the starting point of the famous Green Way of the Lake Como, which connects Colonno to Tremezzo via a scenic stroll through the most characteristic landscapes of the Lake . Colonno, in itself, is a small village, but where you can find everything. Colonno is just 5 minutes by car from Argegno. The village is well connected to the others town/villages of the Lake, as there is, not far from the apartment, the bus stop that can take you up to Colico or Como, on the other side, of course, with stops also in other villages such as Lenno, Tremezzo, Argegno, Moltrasio and so on. |

At the moment of the booking form we ask the 50% in advance of the total rent. The balance should be paid 7 days before the day of your arrival to here. We also ask 200€ as security deposit whihc is refundable, so we'll give you back at the end of your holiday. Both, the price for the final cleaning and the security deposit must to be paid by cash |
