This is a beautiful newly renovated and newly decorated, spacious feeling, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with an office alcove, a garage and a laundry room. It has cable, WIFI and a 65 inch WIFI TV. It has a screened in front lanai and a glassed and screened "interior" lanai (made to be an extension of the interior space glassed in with airconditioning or open with screens)with beautiful views overlooking a scenic lake on Foxfire's championship 27-hole golf course.
There are many different styles of condos at Foxfire. This one is a top floor veranda which I chose because it has cathedral ceilings and some of the best views in the community. The cathedral ceilings in the living room, dining room, and kitchen add a lot to the feeling of openness you get when you walk through the door.
The unit was recently renovated 100% including new cathedral ceilings, a 24 inch stone diagonal floor throughout, and a new kitchen, laundry room, marble and glass master bedroom and shower, totally tiled second bathroom, etc. It's all newly painted and has many custom features including crown moldings, new appliances, etc
It has all of the things you need to make your stay enjoyable which are also new. All the bedding, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, towels, etc. are also new. There are beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers in the garage.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, an in-suite bathroom, two large walk in closets, and a door onto the glassed in and screened in lanai overlooking a lake, trees, and the golf course.
There is another lanai in the front of the unit and an office alcove in the second bedroom with two built in granite desks, wifi, a laptop computer, etc

Why it is Famous : Foxfire has many different style condo units. This one has a great layout. The living room and dining room have cathedral ceilings. The ceilings add a feeling of space and flare to the living areas. This one, after renovations is one of the top 2 or 3 condos in Foxfire. I am predujiced, but you be the judge and let me know what you think.
