Cozy Oceanfront 1BR 1 Large Den with breathtaking views of both the ocean & bay
This unit features two large private balconies to enjoy - an ocean front with beach views and a bay front with stunning 16th floor views of the open bay, Ocean City skyline, amazing sunset and private beach storage. It s one of few properties in Ocean City offering both stunning views of the ocean and bay from one unit. Inside the private beach storage will be complimentary beach chairs and umbrella provided for your convenience while you are enjoying the beach that is just steps away from the condo building.
The unit has a spacious master bedroom located in the rear of the condo with a queen bed, closet, writing desk and a new smart TV. The den has been re-designed as a bedroom with a closet, accordion door shut-off and a separate door access. This den also has a new twin over full bunk bed that can accommodate up to three persons comfortably and a wall mounted TV. From this den,, when the accordion door is opened, you can view the ocean and hear the waves crash against the shore. The tastefully decorated den with carefully selected lighting makes the room extra cozy and provides flexibility for privacy with the accordion door either opened or closed. For additional sleeping options, the sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa that provides sleeping for at least two persons.
The living area is open floor plan with living room, dining and kitchen all positioned for maximum views of the ocean. The kitchen is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile backsplash, granite counter tops, tile flooring, dishwasher and stocked with amenities to make you feel at home. While you prepare your meals, never miss a moment of the fun and laughter in the living room, be part of the conversation as you savor magnificent views of the ocean and the crashing of the ocean waves against the shore. When its time to eat, there is enough room for everyone at the table as you enjoy family time all seated in one place while enjoying stunning views of the ocean as well as the sounds of the crashing waves. After dinner or anytime you choose, go to the treasure chest and pick a game of your choice for the family to play whether inside the living room or on the spacious oceanfront balcony with seating available for everyone. Never miss out on your favorite TV programs as you enjoy complimentary basic cable in the comfortable living room or if you choose in the den or master bedroom. Access to free WIFI is also available.
The renovated bathroom features ceramic shower and bath tub, new flooring and granite top vanity. The condo also has new washer/dryer in a conveniently located laundry area, centrally located in the condo. No need to leave the unit when you need to do any form or laundry whether small or large, the large washer and dryer will easily take care of all your laundry needs.
The property has secured access with onsite security, outdoor pool, barbecue area and sundeck, tennis court and minutes to the beach. It is located close to all the attractions of Ocean City with easy access to the Boardwalk and Fenwick Island, Delaware. There are myriad restaurants, grocery stores and shopping surrounding the property as well as attractions within walking distance.

The Ocean City area has many diverse activities for families to enjoy. There are restaurants for every taste, too numerous to mention individually.
Attractions include the famous Boardwalk that has rides, fun and games for children of all ages (as well as the young at heart ! ) and all the favorite foods that everyone looks forward to while enjoying family time on the boardwalk. Additional attractions include Go-Kart tracks, miniature golf (both indoor and outdoor), para-sailing, water sports, fishing, paintball, biplane rides as you view the area from an airplane, bowling lanes and of course swimming.
A short drive will reveal the wonders of the National Park Service Assateague Island where one can view wild ponies in their natural habitat roaming freely as you enjoy spectacular views of the park. A bit further is the charming town of Berlin that will provide additional dining options as well as the opportunity to see if there are any antiques that you may want to bring back home.
To the south, approximately an hour and half away, is Chincoteague Island in Virginia where on the way you can view the NASA Wallops Visitor Space Center and other interesting museums.
