The Biltmore Colony - Palm Springs - Mid-Century Condominiums. The Biltmore Colony is a collection of 133 Mid-century, modern style condos. Situated on an 11 acre site that was once the Biltmore Hotel, legendary to the Hollywood Elite in its heydey. The condos range in size from 768 Sq. Ft., to over 1400 Sq. Rich's Luxury Condo has all the features mentioned above - Top of the line G.E. profile stainless steel appliances in the Kitchen, Unique stainless steel Mosaic Tile Counter Splash, quartz stonecounters, Eat-In bar, and a TV for the "cook". There is a door from the Kitchen leading to the Back oudoor Paio for morning coffee, etc. and a private BBQ here for your use. This Patio is also accessible, through glass sliding doors from the Master bedroom.
The front room has an "Elephant Bar"with bar stools, sofa and love seat, and a large flat panel LCD television, with electronic package of VCR-CD-DVD equipment. The gas fire place in the front room is electronically operated for your convenience. The front room has sliders leading out to the front patio, with table and chairs, and fountain. There are several original art paintings decorating the walls in the condo. The Master bedroom has a King bed and TV, and sliders to the back patio.
