Saundersfoot House

The house is an unusual three storey design with the entrance being via the top floor into a sun lounge.

Stairs down take you directly into the large living room area. One double bedroom is on this level along with kitchen, utility room, dining area and WC. There is also external access from this area to the front of the house.

Stairs down take you to the lower level where the remaining two bedrooms (one double, one twin) are located, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. In addition there is a separate shower room.

Both bedrooms on the lower level have french doors giving access to the terrace with uninterrupted views across the bay.
