Our Phoenix two-storey townhouse enjoys a location in a gated community that has been beautifully landscaped with palm trees, numerous fountains, and has the scenic Sonoran Desert as its backdrop. Spread over an area of 1500 square feet and featuring a private courtyard and 2 bedrooms in the upper level and a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a full bathroom with an open floor plan and cathedral ceilings in the lower level, and fireplace this townhouse rental in Phoenix, Arizona can be the perfect home-away-from-home for as many as six people.

The home was entirely remodeled and furnished in a very comfortable traditional style. As you take a short tour of the townhouse, you will find yourself becoming enamored with the entire decor.

The lower level houses the living room, where you will find the perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying the company of your family and friends, with amenities such as a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and CD player with surround sound system stereo.
