Description

This independent stone house, that has recently been restored, makes guests feel at ease much like their own homes. The ground floor gathers wide living room with cooking area and small bathroom, while the first floor is made up of double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds and large bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.

the house is located 3/4 kilometres far from its major services and facilities (shopping centres, banks, supermarkets ...).

In summer, the outdoor patio gives guests the possibility to dine in the open air or take a breath of fresh air.

Idyllically set just in the heart of Montegiardino’s old town, it rises just in front of the central square, that is in turn occupied by the city’s church and bar-cafeteria-tobacconist.

A fascinating footpath through the wood leaves 400 metres far from the house.

Location

Why it is Famous : San Marino is the oldest and smallest republic in the world. On Unesco\'s worldheritage list since 2008.

Area Information : The Republic of San Marino is located at the top of the Appennine Mountains, in the middle of the country. Its North-East borders are shared with Emilia-Romagna, whereas its South-West ones with Marche.. Its territory is shaped as a quadrilateral with irregular sides, and it’s extremely steep. It has a 60,57 km ²-surface. Its 12-km lenght are dominated by Mount Titan, which is 739 metres high. The city of San Marino is located at the foot of that mount. San Marino has a tipically mediterrenean climate; however, it tends to get cold in the inner part because of its location if compared to the coast. In summer, temperatures range from 20° to 30° C, whereas in winter between -2° and 10 ° C. Temperatures can rise up to 35° C in particularly-hot summer seasons, whereas they can drop down to -5° C in winter time. As well as the other steep landscapes of San Marino, the steep slopes of Mount Titan are covered by a tipically mediterrenean vegetation.

Why visit : San Marino gathers a dazzling array of attractions and highlights. Those interested in something more than sea who decide to stay along the Riviera Romagnola are situated several kilometres far from the hinterland. This is not the case of San Marino, which is located only 15 kilometres far from Rimini’s sea (direct shuttle buses to the beach) and old town, the latter being peppered with outstanding cultural attractions, glamorous tax free boutiques and lively night clubs, but also 20 kilometres far from Mount Carpegna and its ski slopes, that give families the possibility to spend exciting winter holidays here! San Marino is also situated less than 50 kilometres far from Pesaro and 80 kilometres far from Ravenna ! Anyway, the Republic of San Marino itself boasts outstanding qualities which are able to attract large numbers of both Italian and foreign tourists. San Marino boasts a millenary history and cherishes precious cultural sites. In 2008, it was declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO (City of San Marino and Mount Titano).

How to reach : it is provided with excellent connections with the local motorway and clearway, as well as with the airports of Rimini, Forlì, Bologna and Ancona.

Best time to visit : All the year

Languages spoken : Italian
