Today the house is offering all the modern comforts, such as full central heating, well equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, dinning table and fridge with deep freezer.

The accommodation includes an open plan living area (80m2), spacious kitchen and dining area with comfortables seats for 7 persons, further a comfortable raised lounge area with modern furnitures, wood burning fire place and cableTV (with satellite) DVD, video, radio. There are four bedrooms set on two floors and the large bathroom has twin wash hand basins, power shower and bath. Sleeping room Nr.1 with 1 pull-out bed and 2 bunk beds. Sleeping room Nr.2 with 2 double beds. Sleeping room Nr.3 with 2 double beds. Sleeping room Nr.4 with 2 double beds. 2 bathrooms with shower/WC, Patio Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

In the outdoor covered terrace are comfortables seats for 8-10 persons and a barbecue area with flowers in the garden Access & Parking: parking by the house. Car recommended. Situation: quiet position in the south countryside..Surroundings of the house: grounds, park, garden,lawn, barbecue, fireplace for the private use.

Facilities and distances: shop, grocers, supermarket, boulangerie, restaurant, sports centre, tennis that’s all in 3 km. or 5 minutes drive  to Romenay. Please note, nearby is a motorway in 10 km, main road in 500 m, railway line in 10 km and an airport/airfield in 20 km.

The vacation rental cottage is set in a very pretty, peaceful rural hamlet in a beautiful countryside and surrounded by forests and farmland. In the heart of such a beautiful countryside it is a good idea to enjoy walking, cycling in these wonderful and quiet nature. There are nearby a lot of culturals attractions to visit. The rivers Seille and Sâone flow together in the national preserved park of Truchère. The area is ideally located for visiting the famous vineyards of Burgundy. or all the famous towns like Cluny, Macon, Chalon, Louhans, Tournus… with the objects of interest.
