Seaside Heights has become and still is the number one affordable seaside tourist destination for summer vacation in New Jersey. Simply arrive by car, park it, you won't need it for the rest of the week.

Walk outside and cross the street and you will be either on the beach, boardwalk, rides, restaurants, or the water park. Not only do we have a great location, we have one of the nicest houses in Seaside.

LOCATION: We our offering you our single family beach home. We are located on 10 minute walk to the Boardwalk/Ocean.. All the beach activities are now within easy reach. The hassle of carrying your stuff for blocks to the beach is now a distant memory. Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, on Wednesday night Beach Fireworks. And the free Concerts on the Beach every Thursday.
ACTIVITIES: We stride to offer the perfect first-class accommodations along with New Jersey's best playground and entertainment. Stroll along her new boardwalk (brought to you by Sandy), during the day, playing those habit-forming arcade game. Centrally located, we are located minutes from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Drifters rstr await your arrival. At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many night clubs on the Boardwalk or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes away). And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional sea shore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).

Rental is based on the acceptance of our standard short-term lease.
We offer over 25 summer rentals in Seaside Heights and Seaside Park. We operate much like hotels in regards to providing additional services, such as towels, additional beach badges and car passes, cleaning services during your stay and so forth. As assurance for these services and for any rental agreement violation and/or damages WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
Please note we offer a quality rental, excessive loud parties or multiple unregistered renters will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.
