The National parks of the Gran Sasso (Italy's largest) and the Maiella are close by, making la Casa Rosa an ideal location for nature enthusiasts, skiers and beach lovers alike.

This amazing rural farmhouse was totally restored by Summer 2006, offering all the mod cons yet retaining its original features. The total internal area measures approx 250 square meter The outside sits in about half acre of secluded landscaped garden with own private swimming pool (open from May to September). A car is essential and there is plenty of parking for 5 cars

We believe that our guests deserve the privacy of their own double sized bedrooms, hence we advertise the farmhouse as sleeping 10 people. However, additional sleeping arrangements for up to 5 more people can be arranged.
