Our new Beach House condo is one of the finest in the Wailea community, and the ocean views can be enjoyed from every room and the large, private lanai. It’s the perfect spot for a special vacation with incredible views, sunsets, and beaches, and it is as close to paradise as we’ve found. This top floor 1280 sq. ft. Beach House with wood accented vaulted ceilings and lanai in a 2-story building has ocean views from South of Lanai to the tip of West Maui with breathtaking sunsets, framed by plumeria, bougainvillea and palm trees. The large lanai can be accessed from the living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom. Enjoy the magical experience of listening to the birds singing in the morning, the play of the whales in the ocean, or watching the brilliant sunsets and moon sets. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 60-days prior (90-days for holidays) to the expected arrival date, no fee will be collected. If the reservation is cancelled less than 60-days (90-days holidays) from the arrival date, all payments will be forfeited; there will be no refund unless the unit can be re-rented.
Payment Terms: A 25% payment is due upon booking; the balance is due 60-days (90-days holidays) prior to occupancy. If occupancy date is less that 60-days at the time of booking, full payment is due. House keeping service is available at extra cost.
Foreign Currency: Foreign currency exchange rate costs are the guest’s responsibility and any fees charged to owner by the bank or credit card will be applied directly to the Reservation Quote, if known, or deducted from the Refundable Deposit. Complementary weekly housekeeping service is provided for stays greater than 10-nights; additional housekeeping service is available at extra cost.

The views from the lanai are wonderful. The entire unit was remodeled in 2016 and it was done very nicely. Make sure you look in the picture book about the remodel. The unit is very comfortable and felt like our own beach house. Thanks for sharing.

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it immensely. Wailea Elua Village is a beautiful beach front complex. We enjoy access to the pools, beach, shops, restaurants, and the best beach walk in Hawaii without all the crowds of destination resorts. You can find lounge chairs poolside anytime of day and an uncrowded beach. Elua 304 has been beautifully and professionally redecorated from ceiling to floor with the finest of materials, appliances etc - right down to the wine glasses. The views are perfect, bedding very comfortable. Can't wait to return.

We loved everything about our stay at the Beach House condo. It is beautifully upgraded and decorated with local art making you feel relaxed and pampered. The lanai is large with a bbq and beautiful sunset view. Also overlooks green space. Very nice location for this property. The condo is at the top of the property so there is a 5 minute walk to main pool and beach but you reap the benefits of view and green space. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we cooked every day. Bed is comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are a plus. Only a 5 minute walk to shops at Wailea and easy access to shoreline path. Snorkeling at Ulua Beach is great and you can rinse off by the pool. We loved the Beach House and will be back!

Beautifully remodeled with gorgeous bathrooms. Top of the line appliances, fixtures, etc. Really loved the ocean views especially from the chaise portion of the couch, or the lanai. Fun walk to the beach. Congenial, responsive hosts complete the picture. A fantastic choice when visiting Elua.

This place is AWESOME! It was in a great location, quick walk down to the beach and pool area. Also, a short walk to the Shops at Wailea where you can shop at the little market store for all your food and beverage needs (didn't seem to be a big price difference between them and Safeway), as well as, great shopping and restaurants (we enjoyed Pint & Cork - buckeyes bar for college football, and MonkeyPod up the street were our favs) Spectacular views off the deck and the condo was very comfortable, well stocked with kitchen and bed/bath supplies. The pool, fitness room, and pool area kitchen and ice maker was very convenient for filling up our cooler before we headed out to the beach. The condo was also stocked with all the beach amenities (i.e. umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, towels, snorkel gear). It was nice having the full kitchen, two full bathrooms and washer/dryer available in the condo. My husband and I stayed in the condo for our 10 year anniversary and we are already working on how we can get back there ASAP! It looked like this condo has a murphy bed in the family room but it wasn't available for use so we might have to look for another condo when we come back with our kids. If you're looking for your home away from home, this is a perfect condo for you. We loved it and enjoyed our visit for sure! Would give 10 stars if we could!

This property is everything as described and more. The condo is lovely, beautifully decorated and with every convenience. The view is spectacular. The location is convenient to the shops and the local beaches are great. We had a spectacular time in Maui, and the beauty and convenience of our accommodations were a big part of the success of our trip. We have stayed in this lovely unit for three years in a row and will continue to do so as long as it is available. It has a massive covered balcony and incredible views of the water. Their recent renovation wass top notch, and everything is high end and modern. It is a quick walk to the Wailea shops, and an easy walk down the hill to the water. We love this home.

This condo’s remodel utilizes perimeter led lighting to elegantly wash both ceiling and walls. Additionally, canned ceiling lights are available for providing additional lighting, however, we would prefer to have individual reading lights.

All amenities that will make your stay comfortable are provided. Great location within walking distance to many fabulous restaurants. Communication with the owner is always timely and responsive . We have rented the condo for a number of years and found that the amenities and the positive communication with the owner has been consistent year after year. We look forward to our stay in 2021.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous inside and has outstanding ocean views. The reservation process with the owner was very quick. The condo is well appointed with high-end finishes and the owners have provided all the amenities that you would need. The condo is well designed with a great layout, lots of storage and the grounds of the complex are beautiful, well maintained and serene. The condo is conveniently located and is within walking distance to many shops, restraurants and the beach walk. We loved our 11-day stay here and hope that one day we can return to this same condo.
