COTTAGE RULES
Trevs Place: Criteria for Use
Once this premise is occupied, these statements outline the expected conduct and responsibilities of the owner and renter(s) at 63 Gramps Drive, Antigonish Co., NS B2G 2L1
1. In the event of any unreasonable rowdiness or noise occurs such that leads to complaints by neighbours, the renter shall vacate the premises immediately upon the owners request and forfeit the balance of the prepaid rental.
2. Minors must be attended and supervised at all times by their parent(s) or legal attendants of the parent.
3. The tap water is from a dug well and is safe for bathing and general use. Please do not drink the water.
4. The owner is not responsible for situations beyond their control that may or may not negatively affect the renter(s) stay such as weather conditions, utility outages, etc.
5. The renters acknowledge that the owner accepts no liability for loss, damage, death, illness or injury suffered by the renter(s) and/or their guests. The renter(s) acknowledge that the use of the property is entirely at the renter(s) own risk. The renter(s) shall indemnify and hold the owner harmless against and from all and any damage to personal property, injury, personal conditions or death resulting from the use of the rental property including the property on shore, grounds and ocean use.
6. It is the renter(s) responsibility to insure against any unforeseen damage or loss of the renter(s) own possessions.
7. The renter shall agree that only the persons within this contract will accompany him/her; no other persons or pets will be allowed on the owners premises during the stay unless otherwise agreed by the owner.
8. Smoking allowed outside only. An extra cleaning fee (minimum $200) will be added if the RV needs to be fumigated due to lingering tobacco or illegal substances. Candles are not permitted.
9. Quiet hours: Weekdays 10pm Weekends 12 midnight
