This new 2 story log cabin, Owl's Nest, was just finished in time for your family vacation! With 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and two fireplaces, it has plenty of room for your whole family. The second story rear deck has a view of the golf course (guests play for free) and is so high above the road that it is like being in a tree house. Relax, read a book, visit with family members while having an owl's eye view.
Does your family love to play games? We have a game room with a uniquely designed game table that has six interchangeable game boards, chalkboards, or a felt top for card games. The game room also has a separate Pool table. The game room has a large TV over the fireplace so you can play pool while you watch the big game. Imagine a fire in the fireplace on cold nights and the whole family in the same room playing games and enjoying each other's company. The lower deck also has a hot tub that you can take turns relaxing in. Memories will definitely be made! The stairs are on the outside of the building to maximize the floor space inside. If the grandparents want to call it a day, they can retire to their master suite upstairs and leave the younger folks to play games and watch movies downstairs. Each group has their own privacy. Each floor has two master suites with their own master bath and two bedrooms that share a bath between the two rooms. All bedrooms have a king-sized bed. The bedrooms that share a bath also have a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. Perfect for all of the kids! The entire cabin can sleep up to 16 adults and 8 children. |

Cancellation/Refunds:
If you cancel your reservation on or before 60 days prior to your planned arrival date, we will refund your reservation deposit minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card charges incurred. (Cancellation Fee is 10% of the Total Rental Charges.) If you cancel after that date and we are unable to re-book your reserved dates, there will be no refund. Additionally, we will not refund money paid in advance if trip is canceled or interrupted due to inclement weather, Acts of God, conditions of lake, appliance or utility failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, in Missouri or elsewhere.

We had a lovely family reunion with 18 adults in this 8 BR cabin. It is new, very clean, and has everything you need. Please note that the stairs connecting the 2 - 4 BR areas are on the outside. This was a slight problem as it was rainy and sleeting when we arrived and we could not access everyone without going up and down the outside stairs. We were eating our meals together as well as playing games, family gatherings ect. The slick stairs were difficult to navigate. Otherwise we loved this cabin.

This cabin had the best set up I have ever seen for a large group of couples. 8 king beds is hard to find. We had a great time grilling out and sitting in the hot tub. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE TO THIS CABIN WOULD BE THE LACK OF INTERIOR STAIRS. HAVING TO GO OUTSIDE FROM FLOOR TO FLOOR WASN'T IDEAL.
