Welcome to Villa Leonardo, a southwest exposure of the pool with stunning views, direct access to the river without locks. Extra large plot. The house was completed in January 2019.
The modern, bright Art Deco style design will make all your Florida dreams come true. In the evening, enjoy a drink by the pool at sunset or enjoy it in the separate Jacuzzi. (Salt water technology). 1 outdoor shower.
Outside grill with hood and sink are planned - maybe you can prepare a self-caught fish fresh in the outside kitchen or grill your favorite US steak perfectly.
The house will have 4 bedrooms - two masterbedrooms (walk-in closet) and two guest bedrooms. A total of 3 bathrooms, two of them masterbathrooms (one en-suite with walk-in shower and bath).
