Upon entering the villa shows the size and vibrancy of a grand Florida villa, breathtaking views through the huge living hall down to the water. The finest marble natural stone flooring combined with wood round out the luxurious atmosphere.
The large living area with comfortable seating lounge, large flat screen with surround sound system can transform the room into a concert hall or movie theater. The spacious terrace overlooking the pool (salt-water-pool/Jacuzzi) and Tiki Hut, from here you have amazing waterviews..
The large kitchen with bar and breakfast area leave nothing to be desired. Located close to the kitchen dining room seats 8 people. A separate guest toilet is also available.
The ground floor has a master bedroom with Masterbath, Jacuzzi, shower, toilet, bidet and with direct access to pool area. A further 2 bedrooms also have a separate toilet and shower. The two bedrooms have a queen size bed. One bedroom also has direct access to the pool
Upstairs you will find another master bedroom with TV and luxurious Masterbath with large shower, Jacuzzi, flat screen, relaxation deck and direct access to the balcony with a magnificent view. The balcony has 2 sunloungers to relax and enjoy the tranquility.
In the lounge you find a pool table for the daily game. A comfortable sitting area and direct access to the balcony.

Spending time with our friends at this home was wonderful! The property manager was always willing to help us and the house rental met all our needs! It was decorated beautiful, spacious, and very accommodating for all of our friends to include lots of privacy for all. We did have a little issue with the Wi-Fi yet all was good! I would recommend this place to all of my family and friends if wanting to visit Cape Coral and needing a nice home to rent. Thank you Palazzo owners for accommodating us at this time of year!
