The house is located in a beautiful residential area in the SW of Cape Coral, on the edge of the nature reserve with a sprawling, magnificent view of the water and beautiful sunsets. Here you can romp on specially designed foot and cycle paths, past the million-dollar mansions, for sporting or simply just go for a walk
We have rented holiday homes here in Cape Coral for many years. All our experiences and wishes were realized in the house. Here you will find all the conditions to spend a relaxing holiday

In addition to the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a guest toilet, a spacious living area with office corner and kitchen is at your disposal. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom have direct access to the terrace and pool
The light-flooded bright rooms of the entire house will delight you too
The morning breakfast you can enjoy with a magnificent view of the water or on the newly created Ostterrase, overlooking the palm garden opposite
The large pool (10 by 5 meters) can be heated electrically.
On the large SW-oriented terrace you will be spoiled by the sun. Comfortable relax chairs and sun loungers contribute to the relaxation. With the large dining area and the gas grill nothing stands in the way of a typical American barbecue
For sporting activities are 2 high-quality bicycles ready for you (use at your own risk, there is no liability). For golfers, 1 ladies' and one men's golf set are available to guests.
No Smoking - The villa is strictly non-smoking
On site you will be looked after by our German-speaking administration
