The Villa is in walking distance to the Tarpon Point Marina where you can find Restaurants, shopping and boat rentals. The Rose Garden area is perfect for bike rides or walks thru some of the small nature trails.

Minimum rent is 7 nights, at Christmas/New Year and Eastern season 14 nights.

House damage deposit: 500.00 EUR
Security Deposit increases by 100.00 EUR per additional week at rentals over 21 nights.

Electricity: 13 US Cent plus 11 % Tax per KW/h according to consumption
Electricity allowance: $ 25.00 per week.
Phone: Fees according to consumption / Local calls are free of charge

25% deposit within 10 days after receipt of lease agreement confirmation.
