The Villa Arte Vita is equipped with a digitally controlled two-zone air conditioning. You can individually set your comfort temperature in the master suite and the rest of the living area.
The open living- & diningroom area with an incredible 1500 sq ft is equipped with a travertine tile floor and a lounge area for 8 people with a spacious sofa in the Coastal-Style and a huge 75“ flat screen TV with Dolby Sourround Sound.
The entire Villa has a fully integrated sound system from Sonos..
Connect with your Smartphone and listen to your favorite songs from 14 speakers in the living-, dining-, gaming-, and patio area.
The generously dimensioned dining area offers the perfect view of the pool and the Canal to the Southwest. An 8-foot pool table completes the indoor entertainment. Seamless the 22 ft. wide sliding door leads to the terrace with the infinity salt-water-pool.
The Master-Suite with over 900 sq ft of living space, walk-in closet, bathroom, shower and separate toilette includes a “private garden” with outdoor-shower.
Each other Bedroom has its own bathroom, spacious walk-in closet and King-Size bed with American mattress & flat screen TV.
For a very tall person the master bedroom has a California King Size bed.
All bathrooms have double sinks, separate toilet and a spacious shower with rainfall showerhead.
The sophisticated 42 ft long pool design provides the opportunity for the passionate swimmer as well as to just enjoy a refreshing drink or relax in the whirlpool.
A pool heater ensures even in the cooler months for comfortable water temperatures.
A highlight in the truest sense of the word is the LED lighting with waterfall, which provides atmosphere while surrounded by the night.
On the pool deck there’s an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Also convenient is the direct access to the bathroom from the pool.
Due to the extra-wide lot the pool deck falls out very generously.

Each guest will find a beautiful place in the sun on one of the 8 deck chair’s.
For those who prefer something shady one will find it under the beautiful 39 ft tall Foxtail Palms that line up around the pool area.
Two doors over you’ll reach the Captain’s Walk, which demarcates the whole property to the west. From here you get to the boat dock and to a seating area from where you can enjoy the action on the Canal or the magnificent sunsets..
Another highlight of the Villa Arte Vita is its excellent location. For boating enthusiasts crucial is the short way from 8-10 minutes to the open water.
At the same time the center of Cape Coral is located just five minutes away and a Publix Supermarket only two minutes by car.
As Villa "Arte Vita" is located directly next to Villa "The Keys" (also rentable on or ) you have the possiblity to book both houses in case you are planning a trip with a larger number of people (up to 14 persons)
We recommend the optional rental of the house boat A 24-foot Yamaha 242 Limited S with 360 hp is available for fun and fishing..
It is approved for up to 11 people, has a GPS, sound system and a cooler.
