Villa Ohana - Hawaiian luxury for your holiday. The villa has been constructed as holiday home and welcomes up to 8 persons with a lot of space and privacy. The house was furnished authentically Hawaiian-style. All pictures are originals from Oahu and Maui. Colour design as per Hawaiian tradition - the perfect holiday feeling.
Villa Ohana offers 2 spacious Mastersuites, both with a direct access to the poolarea. Both of the mastersuites offer a private outdoor-shower with garden. Masterbathrooms are both spacious and with a rainbowshower. Each has 2 hairdryers and towels. Huge walk-in closets. 2 more bedrooms with each an en-suite bahtroom with shower/WC and sink. Each bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and SONOS..
Kitchen, dining area and livingroom offer a lot of space - the absolute WOW-effect! Front can be opened to the pooldeck - the perfect holiday feeling for open-living..
The fully equipped kitchen offers only high quality kitchenware. Nespresso-coffeemachine is available. The dining room offers space for all guests and is situated directly next to the kitchen. The perfect place to have a nice conversation with the chef. And of course a breathtaking view over the pool and the sunset.

15m long designer pool, up to 2m deep. Low water zone for the perfect place to sunbath, have a drink and have your feet in the chilling water. Absolute highlight is the Spa, which has been put in the center of the lanai. The perfect place to enjoy the sunset, have a drink or just relax.
Spacious sundeck with 8 sun loungers and enough towels for everybody. On each side of the lanai you find a door that leads to the canal and the boat dock. Outdoor-Poolshower and toilet.
For business people there's an office with a desk, 2 27" monitores, USB-dockingstation (LAN-connected), keyboard, mouse, laserprinter and scanner. Highspeed WLAN (100Mbit) for free use in the whole house.
Washingroom with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers - enough space for 8 guests to wash and dry their favorite holiday cloths. Ironing board and iron and a small Dyson hoover are available.
Huge garage for 2 fullsize SUV. The garage leads directly to the villa. Short way from the garage to the kitchen to put all the grocery away. Additional room for the suitcases.
Another highlight is the 500PS TwinJet (ROTAX supercharged) SCARAB motorboat. Cape Coral and its surrounding waterworlds offer a variety to explore the nature. You can see dolphins race the waves of your boat, or even manatees and of course a variety of birds. Watch them play and hunt, it's a great experience! Always a great way to spend the day is having lunch on one of the many offshore islands. The boat offers space for up to 13 persons and is easy to handle. Instruction in english or german, experienced skipper.
We have chosen the location of Villa Ohana very carefully. The very quiet neighborhood is close by to Publix, Walmarts and restaurants. You reach Del Prado Blvd in only a few minutes driving. Perfect access to the river without having to pass any locks. Fort Myers is only 5 minutes away via Midpoint-Bridge.
