The Villa Magic Summer has been carefully renovated during the Winter of 2014.
Large window/slider, top modern bathrooms, white tile flooring throughout the house and the noble furniture guarantee a holiday feeling as soon as you enter the house for the first time. Kids up to 6 years stay for free.
The villa is fully equipped and comfortable, it will lack nothing..
A spacious swimming pool with waterfall, a boat dock with sun deck..
Inspiring to determine how many animals live here in the canal... many fish, small turtles and with a little luck you can watch dolphins or manatees.
The pool is solar and electrically heated.
The rental of a boat is optional. In 30 minutes you are on the Caloosahatchee River and the Intercostal Waterway. Explore by boat the islands of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers Beach from certainly a recommendable experience here in Venice of America.
In a few minutes you can reach the port and the nearby shopping.
For sports lovers there are 5 bicycles and 2 Kayaks with life west available - always on your own risk.
Baby equipment (cot, highchair etc.) are present.
Home Office is equipped with PC, printer and Internet connection.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Nestled on the canal with private dock. Easy access if you hire a boat to the canals and the sea. We visited different islands for lunch. Saw manatees in the canals. Watched stunning sunrises on the deck. Great pool, bikes, kayaks and fishing rods. Loved fishing on the dock. Spent hours watching the "jumping" fish, Mullets in the canal, made us laugh. Excellent interior, spacious rooms, had everything we needed. Some fantastic restaurants, Rumrunners just along the canal and Bonita Bills in Fort Myers. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend this house.
