Spend any down time in the living room, where a sofa folds out into a bed and a built-in twin-size day bed for the little ones.
When hungry, you've got the convenience of a kitchen which includes all must-have appliances.
The one bedroom offers the space and comfort you expect -queen bed with digital TV with expanded tier cable . This condo has access to all of the amenities the Sea Colony has to offer such as a key restricted beach access for guests only, an over-sized Non-Smoking swimming pool, a sun deck filled with lounge chairs, nice grassy area with charcoal grill and a beach life guard station near the end of the access.
Come and go as you please unassigned, uncovered parking. There is a also a storage closet in the parking area to store your beach equipment.
