Celebrate sunrise to sunset in this luxurious oceanfront 6 bedroom/4 bath over and under duplex. Enjoy watching the dolphins play in the surf or the family swimming in the semi-private pool from either of the two large decks located on each level of the unit and each furnished with lots of comfortable outdoor seating. Both decks are made accessible to one another by an outdoor spiral staircase and are also accessible from 4 of the 6 bedrooms and the living room. The semi-private pool is shared with the guests staying below on the 1st level of this duplex "Bali Hai".
The bottom level of the two level duplex decorated in bright "beach-y" colors is where you'll find the open updated kitchen/dining/living area and king sized master suite with separate whirlpool tub and shower. One bedroom is equipped with a full bunk bed with trundle and the other bedroom is furnished with a full and a twin bed with trundle both sharing access to a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower. The stack able washer and dryer is also located on this floor.
The top level of this duplex has a king master suite with separate whirlpool tub and shower. The additional two bedrooms located on this top floor each is furnished with queen beds and share access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and oceanfront deck access.
The unit is fully furnished with excellent quality appliances, furniture, and five TV/DVD combo's, stereo, etc. Guests of sunrise celebration have unlimited access to the semi-private pool located on the property, which is shared only with guests on the lower unit on the first floor.
