Captain's Retreat consists of an Upper Condo & Ground Level Condo, each with a screened in front porch, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large grassy yard and welcomes your furry friend, also full size washer/dryer in garage. Choose from 2 pools at the motel next door! Sleeps up to 9 people with a maximum of 6 adults.
This stylish, comfortable beach condo located on the ground level of Captain's Retreat, puts you right into vacation mode. Cozily sleeping up to 2 adults in the Queen Bedroom. The screened-in front porch with rocking chairs brings the outdoors in. No steps to climb here!!! The living room is designed for relaxation and includes a queen sleep sofa for the little ones. A cozy kitchen is very well appointed with ample cooking supplies right at your fingertips.
This quaint upper level condo features new tiled flooring through-out. The freshly painted living area includes a big comfy couch, large chair with ottoman that doubles as a twin bed and can be moved into either bedroom, and recliner(afternoon nap anyone) oriented around the TV. Dining is no-fuss casual at Captain's, with our wide breakfast bar with new granite countertops set for 3. Everything in our fully appointed kitchen has been updated featuring granite countertops, stainless appliances and new cabinetry. You'll find a full complement of cookware and dishes to prepare and serve most anything from a simple snack to a full meal.
Centrally located, Captain's Retreat A is ideally located just across a one-way street to the ocean, and walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, this classic ocean side boardwalk features a full host of shops, amusements, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. Also, just a few steps from the Carolina Beach Lake, which features many summer activities during the summer months, including the Saturday Farmer's Market and the Sunday Night Family Movie Night, playground and walking track. is within walking distance of most shopping, dining, and events that Carolina Beach has to offer. Rent the Rented as Captain's Retreat only Memorial ~ Labor Day. Captain's A & B rented separately during the off-season only.
Each of the 2 bedrooms boast a new queen bed and TV, there is one bath with a shower option. Watch the kids and or fur babies playing below from the screened porch in the 2nd bedroom, which overlooks the huge fenced yard, and one bathroom. A full size washer and dryer is located in a shared laundry area with outside entrance.
