Area Information : Villa Catignano is situated just 8 km north east of Siena. Its location atop a beautiful cypress shaded hill provides extraordinary views of Siena and the Tuscan countryside. The private Tuscan villa is in close proximity to the most popular cities and towns in the area- San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Florence, and Arezzo.
How to reach : Southbound directions If coming north of Siena (Florence, Bologna, Milano, Genova, etc.) • Merge onto highway A1 (if coming from Florence) • Take exit Firenze-Impruneta (formerly, Firenze-Certosa) • At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Raccordo Autostradale Siena-Firenze, and drive for about 50 km • Take exit Siena Nord toward Viadotto Montarioso • Follow directions leading to the train station (Stazione Ferroviaria) and Roma / Arezzo • Past the train station, follow directions to Rome A1 for about 1 km, then take Strada Chiantigiana/SS408 • Once you get to Ponte a Bozzone, turn left towards Pievasciata and drive for about 3 kms until you reach Catignano.
