"SECLUDED SUNSETS" This package rental consists of (2) one-bedroom units and (1) two-bedroom unit for a total of three separate units on the same property (the entire property).

Included in the rental: high speed Wi-Fi, kayaks, bicycles, (snorkel gear $15/week,), corn bag toss, grills, washer-dryer, fishing hand lines, a library of books, a library of movies, flashlights (for caves) and much more.
Your tropical tranquil oceanfront vacation home is just feet from the Caribbean waters, and far away from the maddening crowds and the bustle of tourist-saturated areas. While you sunbathe you can enjoy the ocean breeze and be mesmerized by the turquoise Caribbean waters and sapphire surf only feet from your door.
Relax in the sun or shade, next to, or in the solar heated pool on the raised deck in a comfortable chaise lounger or under the beach cabana ten steps from the Caribbean waters.

There is plenty of privacy and you'll enjoy the small yellow songbirds and the island's native brown booby and frigate birds that seem to enjoy the lush, tropical surroundings. The visibility in the water is incredible and the coral reefs endless. The low temperature of the water in mid winter is 78F so you can swim all year long. We call Cayman Brac 'detox from life'. The most difficult part of your vacation will be packing your sandals and leaving this absolute tropical paradise and the fine comfortable accommodations of the house.
This well maintained oceanfront beach property is located on the Caribbean and overlooks Little Cayman. It has access to some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Rebuilt and remodeled in the fall and winter of 2009, its 3500 square feet offers hardwood floors, all new fixtures, furnishings, and appliances as well as a full kitchen and living room with a large flat screen television, iPod docks, surround sound systems, and high speed wireless internet. This unit is equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a finer home.

Swimmers, snorkelers, and scuba divers can take advantage of the outside shower, fresh water rinse tank, and dive equipment-drying rack.
If you have any special requests I can be there to help you within five minutes because I live very close to this rental property.
If you’re vacationing with friends but still want your privacy these units are perfect because you'll be close when you want and still have the privacy when you desire it.
Stores are closed on Sunday. If your arrival is after 6:30 pm on Saturday or on Sunday we'll do your grocery shopping for you - just send us a list; there is no charge for our time.
For your convenience I have also arranged a special deal with a local car rental agency. Those who will be renting a vehicle for a week will get the seventh day free. Additionally, if you pay with traveler’s checks or cash you will receive a 5% discount.
There are public tennis and basketball courts, a full spa, and a full fitness room just minutes away. Inexpensive maid service is also available.
Large thatched roof beach cabana twenty feet from the water with hammocks and loungers. One raised over sized deck, one shaded patio area with picnic table, one open air lounge area just above the beach.
Our pleasant Property Caretaker is now available during your stay to prepare daily meals, clean, pick up groceries and necessities, provide day care, tend your bar, serve your guests or tend to any other service driven requests.
So if mom wants a vacation and doesn't want to deal with cooking and cleaning or doing a load of laundry then we have a very affordable solution. Secluded Sunsets is the only guest house on the island providing services in this manner. We pride ourselves in being a cut above any other guesthouse and we strive daily to insure your vacation is the best one you'll ever have. We have made secluded sunsets our home away from home two years in a row now. Henry, Sasha and Perry always make sure it's always a pleasurable visit. We can look forward to clean and comfortable accommodations with a spectacular view, a pool and other amenities while we're enjoying some of the best scuba diving on the globe. Highly recommend!! We spent a week at Secluded Sunsets (January, 2017) with three of our children, one of our daughters-in-law, and two of our grandchildren (ages 4 & 6). It was wonderful. The property is very nice. Everything you could possibly imagine needing is at the house. Henry and Sasha are wonderful hosts. Sasha's Jerk Chicken is delicious. We were so happy to have Sasha help us celebrate our granddaughter's birthday too! We enjoyed every recommendation from Henry and Sasha, including "Taco Tuesday" at Captain's Table and pizza at the Barracuda Bar. We hiked, explored the caves, walked to the park, rode bikes a little, and enjoyed the pool and beach. We had a beautiful sunset cruise with Henry, Sasha, and the Brac Scuba Shak crew. The weather was not ideal for scuba diving, as the winds were very high. We had to miss most of our scheduled dives, but the 3 that we had were very good. Brac Scuba Shak and their staff were friendly, knowledge, safe, and ran a great dive operation. We would highly recommend them as well. We would love to visit again!

Henry's place on the beach is a perfect getaway for a group of friends to escape reality for a week. Sasha is an amazing cook and took great care of us. Everyone on the island was very friendly. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you for everything!!!

Wonderful vacation with extended family. House was beautiful. Plenty of room. Beach and pool were amazing. The view is unbelievable. Equipped with everything needed, owner great with pre planning and info. Sasha was amazing she was always there to help. Her jerk chicken and conch fritters were unbelievable.
