"SECLUDED SUNSETS" JUST LISTED ON VRBO OCTOBER 21RST, 2017: This stunning property is located on the West End of Cayman Brac. Island population 1,900. Weekly island tourist average about 200. Only seven guest houses on the island have a SANDY BEACH and this property is one of the few. The north side is better 300 days of the year, it's on the LEEWARD SIDE (less wind and waves).
The West end gets the SUNSETS. This property is on the west end. Leeward side and Sunsets. Secluded Sunsets has three guest house units. The outside areas are shared.
The west end is where everything is located - your central but at the end of the island so your way out of the way.

The most difficult part of your vacation will be packing your sandals and leaving this absolute tropical paradise and the fine comfortable accommodations of the house.
This oceanfront beach property overlooks the Caribbean and Little Cayman and has access to some of the best diving and snorkeling in the world. Rebuilt and remodeled in the fall and winter of 2009, its 850 square feet offers hardwood floors, all new fixtures, furnishings, and appliances as well as a full kitchen and living room with a large flatscreen television with RGB and HDMI connections, iPod docks, and high speed wireless internet. This unit is equipped with all the amenities one would expect from a finer home.

Swimmers, snorkelers, and scuba divers can take advantage of the outside shower, freshwater rise tank, and dive equipment drying rack.
If there are any issues I will be there to help you. I only live five minutes away. If you have any special requests -- be it for snorkeling gear, horse shoes, bicycles, movies -- I can usually help you out.
If you’re vacationing with friends but still want your privacy these units are perfect because you'll be close when you want and still have the privacy when you desire it.
Stores are closed on Sunday. If your arrival is after 6:30 pm on Saturday or on Sunday we'll do your grocery shopping for you - just send us a list, there is no charge for our time.
For your convenience I have also arranged a special deal with a local car rental agency for those who might desire it. For those who will be renting for seven days you will get your seventh day free. Additionally, if you pay with traveler’s checks or cash you will receive a 5% discount.
Bicycles for pleasure use (not as primary transportation) and fishing poles come with the property rental. You can also use the kayaks, snorkeling gear ($15/week) and more
There are public tennis and basketball courts, a full spa, and a full fitness room just minutes away. Inexpensive maid service is also available.
Our pleasant Property Caretaker is now available during your stay to prepare daily meals, clean, pick up groceries and necessities, provide day care, tend your bar and serve your guests, and many other service driven requests. Leave the cooking and cleaning to us!
So if mom wants a vacation and does't want to deal with cooking and cleaning or doing a load of laundry then we have a very affordable solution. Secluded Sunsets is the only guest house on the island providing services in this manner. We pride ourselves in being a cut above any other guest house and we strive daily to insure your vacation is the best one you'll ever have. Beautiful. Lots of palm trees and other shade to be able to sit outside. Lovely pool. Hammocks. Spacious interior. Well equipped. Netflix. For a small fee will provide all snorkel equipment. Bikes provided.
