This 5th floor luxury waterfront vacation has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and generous square footage of 1800 square feet.

Spend the day lounging on your own private balcony or making sand castles with the kids at the beach just a short walk across the street.
The Waterfront Master Suite has large walk in closet with plenty of storage.
The master bath has garden tub, walk in shower and his and her vanity sinks.
The 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom has twin beds.
The second bathroom has tub and shower with vanity sink.
The well appointed kitchen has everything you will need for dining in or entertaining guests.
There is a large living and dining area with plenty of seating.
Washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
Linens and towels are supplied as well as soap and shampoo and hair dryers.
There is a waterfront heated pool and spa located within the property for your enjoyment.
You are only steps from the gorgeous sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Clearwater Beach; as well as the new Beachwalk. A winding beachside promenade with lush landscaping, artistic touches and clear views to Clearwater's award-winning beach and the water beyond. Beach walk is great for bicycling, roller blading or just a leisurely stroll.
Harborview Grande is located within walking distance of the famous Pier 60, Clearwater Marina, “Beachwalk” and Shephards Restaurant and Night club.

Best time to visit : My Favorite is October, November and December. The weather is simply gorgeous! Summer is OK too if you like the heat as it does get very hot and steamy during the summer months. January, February and March will have a mix of cool days as well as very warm days. No snow storms is pretty much guaranteed :)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in the luxury waterfront condo in Clearwater beach Florida! The condo unit was better than expected with everything we needed and more. One of our favorite activities was just lounging on the deck while watching dolphin and manatee in the morning and at night after enjoying our day at the beach. The beach is just a short walk away and the location is perfect, right by the restrooms and not the overly crowded section. We were pleased to find great restaurants also in walking distance, as well as fun excursions. Karen, the owner, was so responsive checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and even providing tips on where to go and what to do. We loved this vacation and would highly recommend to anyone!

The condo was beautiful and comfortable, the weather was warm with sunny skies and we could not ask for a better vacation!! We enjoyed all the activities but really loved the segway tour and seeing the dolphins! I would highly recommend this condo if you want a central location but still close enough to the hotspots!!

My family and I rented this unit from Karen and I can't say enough about the outstanding experience. The unit was everything she said it would be and then some. This unit had absolutely everything you would need. In fact, I seen three other units while we were there and Karen's was the nicest and had the most amenities. The views from both the Master bedroom as well as the living room were superb. Watching the dolphins and manatees come into the bay to play daily, were a pleasure to see. The property was extremely secure, not that it needed to be, and walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend renting this unit from Karen and we look forward to being a return customer!

My wife and I stayed in April/May 2016 for 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is undoubtedly the best equipped home we have stayed in, was in very good condition and was very comfortable to stay in. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was wonderful and we would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to others

This condo is everthing we hoped for and If we are able to come back to Florida, we will definitely stay here again. We had a mother/daughter get away and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is walking distance to everything we needed and we loved watching the Dolphins from the balcony. After an exhausting week in Orlando, we took a for days relaxing time in Clearwater Beach at Karen's apartment. The pictures you see in the web site do not reflect the quality and comfort of the apartment, which is very well equipped, clean and cozy....the apartment is at walking distance from the beach, many restaurants and has a terrific view to the bay....Karen is totally reachable if you have any problem with the apartment, which was not our case, since everything worked perfectly...strongly recommend the apartment and to spend some days at beautiful Clearwater Beach...

We stayed here for our honeymoon and our experience was so great from start to finish. Karen was very responsive and gave us some incredible recommendations on where to eat around the area. Every interaction with her went so smoothly in making payments and asking questions before our stay. Her instructions for checking in were easy to follow. Originally booked the condo through Air BNB and was a little nervous about the process and if the experience would be one which I would regret, given that I live overseas with no knowledge of how it worked or the area. Once the process was complete, I could contact the owner directly. This is where it all began to become one of the best accommodation experiences I or my family have had. Karen contacted me almost immediately after the booking was confirmed. Any questions I had were addressed almost immediately and information about the condo, area and amenities were sent to me. All parking and access information was 100% accurate and easy to carry out. On arriving, we were delighted with the condo. The images on the website do not do it justice as it is better in reality! Spotless, spacious, packed with all equipment and amenities and a terrace view over the harbour you could look at for hours. Simply stunning! I would recommend this property and the owner to anyone. Hopefully, we can return again in the future. First class!!!

This is like a home from home( with a view) The apartment has all the convenient features you would expect and is centrally located for walking to all of the attractions of Clearwater beach. The apartment is secure and is well maintained with all modern furnishings and big enough for a family. Excellent communication from the owner,from start to finish. This apartment is simply perfect for a relaxing break while enjoying a cocktail on the balcony watching the dolphins swim past.... We found this apartment simply perfect

This is our 6th visit to Clearwater, 3rd time at Harborview Grand but first time in this apartment and I'm pleased to say it did not disappoint. The owner has been extremely informative, even for the likes of us that have been a few times before but it was also the first time we had seen the Dolphins from the apartment balcony. The apartment has a home from home feel ....and as I write this I'm seeing Jason G's review out of the corner of my eye and notice he's expressing the same sentiments. So don't just take my word for it.

This was an amazing condo for our group of 5 - extremely well appointed with beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and pool toys. Kitchen fully stocked although we only ate breakfast in. Karen was extremely informative and gave us suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. When I enquired about dolphin tours for my daughter she researched it for us and replied very quickly with 2 options. She recommended Little Toot and we followed her advice and saw many dolphins during the 60 minute cruise. She really goes out of her way to ensure your stay is comfortable and the condo is in tip top shape for your stay. We are planning a return trip next year and would definitely stay here again.

Our family could not have had a better time! This condo has absolutely everything you will need and then some. Everything was in good working order, very clean upon arrival, and makes you feel as if your at home. The owner was in contact with us leading up to our vacation, offering helpful information about the Clearwater area to include several restaurant recommendations. The views from the balcony are unbelievable. One afternoon we watched three dolphins playing directly under us! If your looking for a first class condo, in the heart of Clearwater Beach, you just found it!

This is officially our favorite place to stay in Clearwater Beach! We have been to Clearwater many times, but this stay was by far the best. The condo is very clean, organized, and has everything you could want and then some. From beach chairs to a kitchen that makes you feel as if your at home, Karen has thought of everything. Had a great time visiting Clearwater Beach with my husband. The condo is very spacious has everything you need and then some. The balcony is a great place to relax while watching the dolphins frolic below. The location is fantastic. We loved being just steps from the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere! Definitely check out Salty's and The Edge roof top bar. Overall a great vacation! Looking forward to visiting again next year.

The location is perfect. The owner answered by mail or whatsapp if everything is ok. The evolve-team too. We were 2 weeks in the apartment, 4 people. The quality of the furniture is very good. With the locking system you are safe. Our two senior women were to sleep so well. No pain in the back. It had enough toweling, even for the beach. The balcon is big and the view excellent. We also saw dolphins in the morning. Now we are back in Switzerland thinking of a return to this great apartment. Everything went well with evolve rental. Our english is not so good and we hope you understand our feedback best regards

My husband and I recently stayed at Harborview Grande and had a really good time. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The views of the marina from the large balcony were amazing. We walked every day to Pier 60, Beach, shopping and restaurants, everything was close by. Karen was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Our favorites were Clear Sky and Speggtacular for breakfasts, Clear Sky and Salt Crackers for lunch, Caesars, Gondolier’s and Salty’s for dinners. Across the street hotel, The Edge, has a beautiful roof top bar with fabulous views of Clearwater Beach. Thank you Karen for making our stay so enjoyable.

This unit is a pleasure to stay in. Enjoyed the balcony seating as we watched dolphins play in the water below on a daily basis. The kitchen is well appointed and and easy to work in. We prepared many meals and enjoyed the setting. I would recommend this to anyone.
