Not a condo scene!! 2 night or longer rental . If renting for more than 2 weeks or longer an
additional cleaning fees will apply. Every 7 days a cleaning day will be added. Each cleaning is $100. A second pet is welcome, but there is an additional charge of $10 a night for the second pet, no more than two pets, and no pet more than 100#. This beautiful free standing cottage is nestled quietly away one block from a pristine, white sand beach in Historical Butler Beach, Florida. It has as beautiful private, gated, small maintained back yard. The home is completely furnished. There is HE washer/dryer, internet/wifi, Direct TV, and all usual appliances including a dishwasher. Many appliances to make you feel like you could cook about anything! I have tastefully decorated and maintained the house. Views are unobstructed into the back yard from the large living area. It is very private and quiet. All is on ground level with a small step up to the front and back door. Grab bars in the 2 bathrooms for safety. The beach is a one block stroll with no major streets to cross as the apartment is east of A1A. Now that Mary Street is the closest entrance to the beach due to Hurricane repairs up to A street, the cottage is very desirable as you keep your car at home, use the provided wagon to go to the beach 2 minutes stroll . Historical St. Augustine, the oldest town in the United States, is a 10 minute car ride with restaurants, shopping and site seeing tours. There are also restaurants right there in the area of the apartment as well. Located just one block across A1A is a wonderful boat ramp in if you wish to bring a boat or kayaks. You launch free from there. For anyone who needs at least a month to get away monthly rentals are also available. The Crescent Moon (a 1/1 cottage ) is in the front of the Ooo Laa Laaah but all is private and quiet. The HE Maytag washer dryer is shared with the Crescent Moon. Comfortable beds and furniture. I work hard to make your stay perfect. Great deal for those who love the quiet and are having trouble finding a nice place to vacation with their pets.

Area Information : THE BEACH: 3 minutes away stroll, ten miles long; wide, fabulous soft as silk white sand , walk or drive car on beach, 3 minute walk and no road to cross. It is east side A1A. Drive on the beach (entrance from 'OOO LAAA LAAAH' is 1 block away) and you DO NOT cross any roads to get there.Lifeguards in summer, great surfing, swimming, fishing, boating, windsurfing, kite flying, snorkeling, etc.; Historical St. Augustine 10 minutes; St. Augustine Alligator farm 10 minutes; St. Augustine Beach fishing pier five minutes; unbelievable antique, modern and whimsical shopping. Marineland theme park 10 minutes; restaurants; night life; shopping; museums; movie theatres, and more. If you want to go ahead and take in Disney World, that is a few hours drive away and return to the sweet quiet of the the beach life at 'OOO LAAA LAAAH'. Environmentally protected beach front with quiet dark nights.
