Welcome to Solterra Manor, a 13 bed 11 bath home in Solterra Resort. This rental is equipped with everything you need to make yourself feel at home and much more to make your vacation an unforgettable one. You are welcomed into a spacious living space with plush seating surrounding a large screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining guests, and the dining tables provides plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company.
Downstairs, you have two master bedrooms with king sized beds, both with large en suite bathrooms. There are three other downstairs bedrooms, two queens and one king, all with their own en suite bathrooms. As you make your way upstairs, you’ll arrive in the loft, which is the perfect spot to hangout in this home. With more plush seating surrounding a large TV and a pool table, you can enjoy each other’s company in a comfortable environment. Just off of the loft is the movie room, with a large projection screen and comfortable seating. The last master bedroom is upstairs with a king bedroom and also has its own en suite spacious bathroom. Along with this is a king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. The rest of the four upstairs bedrooms are kids bedrooms, all themed.
Also upstairs, you can get in your daily exercise in the fitness room. Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a game room with Foosball, air hockey, a ping pong table, and a PlayStation 4 which is connected to two TVs. You can play the day away on the four gaming chairs. Out on the pool deck, you can enjoy a meal al fresco or take in the sun on the lounging chairs. Take a dip in the spillover spa or jump in your own private pool to cool off.

Located just minutes from Orlando's theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions, this luxury villa is located in Solterra Resort. Solterra resort is just a 5 minute (2.5 mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2 mile drive) away.
Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children's playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe when you enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktail.

Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home. If the number of persons in this home exceeds 18 at any point in time, including daytime visitors, a mandatory security deposit of $750 will be required. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
