This apartment is spacious. It is filled with nice furnishings, and conveniences like ice-maker refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size washer and dryer, central air...etc.. A block to the beach and in the center of all. Restaurants, shops and other points of interest like the pier are within 100 yds. Free "Reserved Parking" is included on-site, which is a blessing in a beach location.
The space For the home cooks, this kitchen is huge and well equiped. Guest access The apartment is not used by the owner. There is spacious amounts of closets and storage area. Interaction with guests We like to meet and greet each new guest arrival. Our entry doors are set up with individualized personal codes to allow for late or untimely arrival entry. If any problems do occur, we do only live a few blocks away and are quick to respond. Other things to note We do have other units in this building. |
