Beautiful hardwood floors throughout add to the luxurious feeling of your stay. Enjoy watching a large screen flat TV in the living room and the ability to download any movie of your choice. Check your emails or surf the web with high speed wireless internet access either from your lap top or the smart tv. If the guest chooses to heat the pool the cost of heating the pool will be deducted from the security deposit. There is a gauge on the heater so the guest can monitor the usage. Cost per gallon of propane is $2.89. The house cleaner resides in the home connected to the main house through the breezeway. |

Our family of five - parents and three teenage daughters - had the best time here! We were coming from a busy trip to NYC and couldn't have picked a more pleasant and relaxing spot for the final leg of our vacation, just as I had hoped. The house is exactly as pictured and absolutely charming. It is spotlessly clean from top to bottom, inside and out. I'd describe the aesthetic as Scandinavian meets Hamptons - spare, clean lines yet comfortable with everything needed to feel at home. We used the pool (note that heating the pool requires an extra fee for the propane, explained beforehand), cooked most meals, walked the neighborhood, and explored East Hampton and Montauk. Gina was easy and helpful to work with. Would absolutely recommend this home and hope to be back for another stay very soon!

This house is an amazing find! Impeccable and organized from inside out... Comfortable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, beautiful setting, great location . Gina was so helpful ---I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax and unwind while exploring the Hamptons.

I can't say enough good things about this house rental experience. Gina was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and was extremely responsive to my questions during our stay. The house was immaculate, and had everything we needed (however, BYO shampoo and conditioner); kitchen was stocked with every supply you needed, bathrooms had toilet paper and towels, cleaning supplies were abundant, a pack and play for my toddler, pool toys, beach chairs, kids toys, etc. The house is perfectly located near towns, beaches, etc and is in an adorable neighborhood that is easy to walk around in, although we didn't leave the house much because just lounging around in the backyard by the pool was wonderful enough. I can't say enough good things about this house - perfect for a family getaway with kids, or even for a girls' weekend, it's great for any purpose. We will definitely be returning.

An adorable and charming home in a great neighborhood. Impeccably clean, high standard of maintenance, and upscale amenities. Plus tons of little extras that make a difference: coffee in the cabinet, shampoo in the showers, baskets full of towels in each bath, handy booklet with wifi code, tv instructions, etc. The owner, Gina, has thought of everything, and is very kind. This is a gem property, and we hope to return.
