Myself and 8 other friends celebrated New Years in Chris' wonderfully charming and cozy chalet. It was our first time renting out a cabin and I can't imagine a better first time experience. The chalet is exactly as described and even more amazing once seen in person. We stayed for 2 nights and I can say that this was the most memorable New Years experience I've had and all my friends truly enjoyed there time here. In regards to our 2nd day, the chalet was the perfect place to experience the Catskill Mountains for the first time and we enjoyed coming back to the chalet to cook dinner and relax after a beautiful and challenging hike on the Giant Ledge trail. Throughout the entire process of renting out the cabin, Chris was always available, answering all my inquiries and concerns. She was welcoming when we arrived but gave us our space. The amenities provided are ten-fold, in regards to linens and kitchenware; we had plenty of what we needed. You really don't need to bring any extra pillows, blankets, towels or kitchenware. The property is well maintained and beautiful with the snow, which was exciting for our group since we haven't seen snow all winter back in Brooklyn, NY. The only downside and it was due to the weather was that we were unable to utilize the grill and the fire pit, which gives us a reason to come back when the weather is warmer. I would recommend this place with no doubt that anyone who stays here will have a grand time.

My family stayed at Harmony Hill while my son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park which is about a 30 minute drive. The drive was worth every minute. The chalet is nestled in the woods and words cannot explain how amazing it was to be one with nature. We saw deer every morning outside the windows which surround the chalet and lightning bugs and stars filled the night. Chris is fabulous! She made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Harmony Hill. Thank you again Chris for opening your heart and your chalet to us. Can’t wait to come back and visit.

What an amazing location, lots of land and wildlife! The house was spacious and inviting, wish we had more time to spend relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Chris was a gracious host, always available for any need but not intruding in any way. Definitely would recommend this location for families with its abundance of land to run and play or even just the two of you looking for quality time. Will always cherish the wonderful memories we had here! Thanks Chris for sharing your little slice of Harmony Hill!

What a lovely, comfortable, sun-filled home on a sanctuary of green. We loved exploring the trails and green pastures of this property, and though there were other guests in nearby yurts, we never crossed paths and enjoyed total privacy here. We would happily enjoy repeat visits to this very special spot.

We went in the snow so it was just beautiful. Deer everywhere. Forest all around takes you away. Loved the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings. Everything we needed was there. The huge windows all around literally made you feel like you were one with nature. You could just sit and watch the wildlife and be content to do nothing more. Super quiet. The bedroom area upstairs has large skylights so we were able to watch the snow falling. In the mornings the deer were out in the meadow by the dozens so it was so beautiful to see. The chalet was warm and cozy with the nice propane fire place. At night it lit up the room and with the darkness and the windows it felt surreal. There was WiFi and total phone coverage. There’s a tv to watch if you desire. Bathrooms a good size to with tub to relax in. I loved cooking while watching the nature and snow all around me. We truly had a beautiful stay. If your looking to relax and come down from life- you won’t find a more beautiful spot. It’s just rustic enough to feel like a camp but modern enough to feel at home. A perfect blend. We will be back in warmer weather to enjoy the land and to renew our vows at the Labrynth! Chris is super sweet and helpful. She shows you around the chalet and how to use everything and was always available by phone if needed which we didn’t. Felt safe and secure. Thank you so much Chris for sharing your beauty with us!
