The house itself is a very spacious 2 story structure. The 1st floor consists of an open living area, large dining area that can easily seat 8, a newly installed (2009) kitchen, 2 guest rooms (one with Queen bed, one with two twins), and a new (2009) full bath. The unit opens to the pool terrace where you will find a separate entrance to the studio apartment. The studio features a full kitchen, queen size sleeper sofa, full bath, and it's own DishNetwork connection with new flat screen TV and Xbox 360 game system.

Upstairs there is a guest room with Queen bed and French doors opening to a private terrace with Caribbean views and private bath. The 2nd guestroom is very spacious and has a Queen bed and twin bed and semi private full bath. The 3rd guest room can be used as additional living area and has a Queen sleeper sofa and Caribbean views. There is an expansive kitchen with breakfast bar and eating area that can seat 6 and opens into a large living area that also provides Caribbean views.

In addition you will find two large covered porches that are comfortably furnished with oversized chairs, great for drinking your morning coffee or evening cocktail and a large dining table that can seat up to 10 that is perfect for dinning alfresco and enjoying the cooling Caribbean breezes along with the view.
