Welcome to our second home. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit was refurbished from top to bottom in 2006. Located on the North side of Greers Ferry lake, you will feel like you are 1,000 miles from civilization with all the conveniences of a major resort.
This condo has been completely updated in 2008. The master has a King Bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds. The sofa in the den has a queen sleeper. Each room has a flat screen TV. The condo is located in the heart of Fairfield bay and is a short 8-10 min. drive to the marina.

A couple of great courses within 5 minutes of the condo and more within a half hour. Condo itself was easy to find and access. Kitchen was well stocked as were the towels/ linens. Furniture was comfortable. Two down sides we experienced: 1) There were still lots of items left from previous residents that should have been disposed of by the cleaning service (food in the refrigerator, ashes in the grill, toiletries in the bathrooms) 2) No wi-fi These were minor items for the short stay that we had (2 nights). Owner was very good with communications all the way through. I would definitely stay there again!

It was a great place. We enjoyed the pool. would definitely stay there again. DVD system did not work which was disappointing, but that was the way it was. There were some left overs in the refrigerator, but they were not spoiled (salad dressing, ice cream bars, etc.). It was a very comfortable place to stay. We had a great time!

This is the second straight year we\'ve stayed here. The owner is so helpful and the place is always clean and well kept.

We spent an entire week in the condo which easily handled my two children and grand children. We were immediately across from the pool, making even the rainy days more tolerable. We were able to swim during breaks in the clouds! We were able to park our boat close to the property, eliminating slip fees at the marina. The area seems very safe. My grandchildren left their goggles at the pool on the first day and they were there when we returned the following day!!!
