The space : Home has two large rooms with each having a queen bed. Living room has a sofa bed for an extra person.
Guest access: The whole home just don’t use fireplace is mainly decor.

Other things to note : Note that property is on well water so when you first run water has some of the sulfur smell is not bad but you need to let water run and get used to that particular smell :)) Just added a aerator so this helped a lot.
Great location, this gem is an inspiration renovated for my mom when she is able to move here :)) It’s located across the water on Dr.s Lake and a public dock down the street. Little peace of heaven here and all new interior and applliences. You will love to sit up front on swing porch and watch joggers and people walking dogs as there is not much traffic on this street and very exclusive.
