You must be 25 years old to rent this condo. Looks, feels and smells like the beach!! This professionally decorated condo has all the comforts of home, with a view of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is perfect for that long awaited family vacation to the beach.
This beautiful condo is loaded with all the amenities you wish were in your home. This includes a 50" flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player in the living room and a 40" smart Roku flat screen TV in the master bedroom with king bed and black out curtains for sleeping in on your vacation. You also have unlimited US phone service. This means you can call home anytime you want at no extra charge and no calling card needed. Dogs are considered. The dog requirements are only ONE dog is allowed at property and the dog must be under 25 pounds.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possible need including Mr. Coffee type coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private master bathroom. There are bunk beds built in the hall across from the guest bath.You have a sliding glass door that opens to the patio where you can enjoy all the tropical scenery of the area.
The Dunes condos are only about 300 yards from the white sandy beaches you love so much. The best shopping in the south is located in Gulf Shores only 18 mile away. Two of the best golf courses are only about 10 miles away. And if fishing and boating are you pleasure check out the full service marine across the street. The Dunes has access to an outdoor pool, swim thru pool and fitness center.
