ShellChase is the perfect place for family vacations, honeymoons, adult getaways, or that well-deserved relaxing trip to paradise. The house is located in The Dunes subdivision, a gated community just east of historic Fort Morgan and the Mobile Bay Ferry. This spacious, second tier, 2700 sqft home is pet-friendly and has enough room for you and all of your extended family. ShellChase sleeps 12 comfortably. The 1st floor master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath attached. The 2nd floor includes a large suite with 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds and one with 2 twin beds) and an attached bath. The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor provides a king bed with an attached bath that also connects to the hall. The 3rd floor features 2 twin beds with a cozy reading nook with a fantastic view of the Gulf.
The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a pantry. The open concept dining area includes seating at the counter and a large dining table. A half bath is conveniently located off of the dining and living room areas. The living room provides ample seating with great Gulf views and access to one of the two decks also overlooking the Gulf. Free wireless internet is provided as is access to DIRECTV on all flat screen TVs.
This home is located diagonally across from the subdivision pool and hot tub. ShellChase provides covered carport parking for three vehicles. Access to the sandy Gulf beach is short walk off the front deck, while Mobile Bay, a marina, and a restaurant are a little farther walk to the north.
During the summer, this property is a 7 night only rental with a Saturday check-in.
